Quranic Duas (Duas Found in the Quran)
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 127
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلۡ مِنَّآۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minnaa innaka Antas Samee’ul Aleem
Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.” “Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
Context – Ibrahim (AS) made this dua after he and his son, Ismail (AS), built the Kaaba.
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 128
رَبَّنَا وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا مُسۡلِمَيۡنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَآ أُمَّةٗ مُّسۡلِمَةٗ لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبۡ عَلَيۡنَآۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Rabbana waj’alnaa muslimaini laka wa min zurriyyatinaaa ummatam muslimatal laka wa arinaa manaasikanaa wa tub ‘alainaa innaka antat Tawwaabur Raheem
Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites [of worship] and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful.
Context – Ibrahim (AS) made this dua after he and his son, Ismail (AS).
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 201
رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٗ وَفِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ حَسَنَةٗ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid dunyaa hasanatanw wa fil aakhirati hasanatanw wa qinaa azaaban Naar
Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 250
رَبَّنَآ أَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرٗا وَثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
Rabbana afrigh ‘alainaa sabranw wa sabbit aqdaamanaa wansurnaa ‘alal qawmil kaafireen
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Context – The prophet Dawud (David) (AS) was a smaller and younger man compared to Jalut (Goliath), so it seemed unlikely that Dawud would win in a fight between them. However, as recounted by Allah in the Quran, Allah granted Dawud, “Dominion and wisdom, and imparted to him the knowledge of whatever He willed,” (2:251). Dawud ended up winning the fight.
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 286
رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَآ إِن نَّسِينَآ أَوۡ أَخۡطَأۡنَاۚ
Rabbana laa tu’aakhiznaaa in naseenaaa aw akhtaanaa
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 286
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَيۡنَآ إِصۡرٗا كَمَا حَمَلۡتَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِنَاۚ
Rabbana wa laa tahmil-‘alainaaa isran kamaa hamaltahoo ‘alal-lazeena min qablinaa
Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us.
Surah Al-Baqara – Chapter 2, verse 286
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِۦۖ وَٱعۡفُ عَنَّا وَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَٱرۡحَمۡنَآۚ أَنتَ مَوۡلَىٰنَا فَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
Rabbana wa laa tuhammilnaa maa laa taaqata lanaa bih; wa’fu ‘annaa waghfir lanaa warhamnaa; Anta mawlaanaa fansurnaa ‘alal qawmil kaafireen
Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 8
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغۡ قُلُوبَنَا بَعۡدَ إِذۡ هَدَيۡتَنَا وَهَبۡ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحۡمَةًۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡوَهَّابُ
Rabbana laa tuzigh quloobanaa ba’da iz hadaitanaa wa hab lanaa mil ladunka rahmah; innaka antal Wahhaab
Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 9
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ جَامِعُ ٱلنَّاسِ لِيَوْمٍ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ ٱلْمِيعَادَ
Rabbanaaa innaka jaami ‘un-naasil Yawmil laa raibafeeh; innal laaha laa yukhliful mee’aad
Our Lord, surely You will gather the people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 16
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ
Rabbanaaa innanaaa aamannaa faghfir lanaa zunoobanaa wa qinaa ‘azaaban Naar
Our Lord, indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 53
رَبَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا بِمَآ أَنزَلۡتَ وَٱتَّبَعۡنَا ٱلرَّسُولَ فَٱكۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ
Rabbanaaa aamannaa bimaaa anzalta wattaba’nar Rasoola faktubnaa ma’ash shaahideen
Our Lord, we have believed in what You revealed and have followed the messenger, so register us among the witnesses [to truth].
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 147
رَبَّنَا ٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِىٓ أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرْنَا عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
Rabbanagh fir lanaa zunoobanaa wa israafanaa feee amrinaa wa sabbit aqdaamanaa wansurnaa ‘alal qawmil kaafireen
Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 191
رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَٰطِلًا سُبْحَٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ
Rabbanaa maa khalaqta haaza baatilan Subhaanaka faqinaa ‘azaaban Naar
Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 192
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ مَن تُدْخِلِ ٱلنَّارَ فَقَدْ أَخْزَيْتَهُۥ ۖ وَمَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ
Rabbanaaa innaka man tudkhilin Naara faqad akhzai tahoo wa maa lizzaalimeena min ansaar
Our Lord, indeed, whoever You admit to the Fire – You have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 193
رَّبَّنَآ إِنَّنَا سَمِعۡنَا مُنَادِيٗا يُنَادِي لِلۡإِيمَٰنِ أَنۡ ءَامِنُواْ بِرَبِّكُمۡ فَـَٔامَنَّاۚ
Rabbanaaa innanaa sami’naa munaadiyai yunaadee lil eemaani an aaminoo bi Rabbikum fa aamannaa
Our Lord, indeed, we have heard a caller, calling to faith, [saying], ‘Believe in your Lord,’ and we have believed.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 193
رَبَّنَا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرۡ عَنَّا سَيِّـَٔاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارِ
Rabbanaa faghfir lanaa zunoobanaa wa kaffir ‘annaa saiyi aatina wa tawaffanaa ma’al abraar
Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die among the righteous.
Surah Ali-Imran – Chapter 3, verse 194
رَبَّنَا وَءَاتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلَىٰ رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۗ إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ ٱلْمِيعَادَ
Rabbanaa wa aatinaa maa wa’attanaa ‘alaa Rusulika wa laa tukhzinaa Yawmal Qiyaamah; innaka laa tukhliful mee’aad
Our Lord, and grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in [Your] promise.
Surah Al-Ma-idah – Chapter 5, verse 83
رَبَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱكْتُبْنَا مَعَ ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ
Rabbanaaa aamannaa faktubnaa ma’ash shaahideen
“Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses.”
Surah Al-Ma-idah – Chapter 5, verse 114
رَبَّنَآ أَنزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَآئِدَةً مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيدًا لِّأَوَّلِنَا وَءَاخِرِنَا وَءَايَةً مِّنكَ ۖ وَٱرْزُقْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
Rabbanaaa anzil ‘alainaa maaa’idatam minas samaaa’i takoonu lanaa ‘eedal li awwalinaa wa aakhirinaa wa Aayatam minka warzuqnaa wa Anta khairur raaziqeen
O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers.
Context – Isa (Jesus) (AS) made this dua to ask Allah for enough food for him and his followers. Allah grants Isa this supplication, saying in the following verse, “I am going to send it down to you; but whoever from you disbelieves after that, I shall give him a punishment I shall not give to anyone in the worlds.”
Surah Al-Araf – Chapter 7, verse 23
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَآ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْخَٰسِرِينَ
Rabbanaa zalamnaaa anfusanaa wa illam taghfir lanaa wa tarhamnaa lanakoonanna minal khaasireen
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
Context – Adam (AS) made this dua after sinning in Paradise.
Surah Al-Araf – Chapter 7, verse 47
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا مَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
Rabbanaa laa taj’alnaa ma’al qawmiz zaalimeen
Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.
Surah Al-Araf – Chapter 7, verse 89
رَبَّنَا ٱفۡتَحۡ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَ قَوۡمِنَا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡفَٰتِحِينَ
Rabbanaf-tah bainana wa baina qawmina bil haqqi wa anta Khairul Fatiheen
Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of those who give decision.
Context – Prophet Shuaib (AS) made this dua after facing great opposition and receiving threats of being evicted from a city from the prominent figures of the city unless he made up a lie against Allah. In verse 92 of the same chapter, Allah reveals, “Those who had charged Shuaib with lying became as though they had never lived there; it is they who became utter losers.”
Surah Al-Araf – Chapter 7, verse 126
رَبَّنَآ أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Rabbanaaa afrigh ‘alainaa sabranw wa tawaffanaa muslimeen
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims [in submission to You].
Context – Prophet Musa (Moses) (AS) made this dua for patience and to be granted death while being among the righteous. Musa (AS) recited this dua after he was threatened by Firawn (Pharaoh Ramses II) after he threw his staff (stick) to reveal the truth and make it known among the disbelievers.
Surah Yunus – Chapter 10, verse 85 and 86
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةٗ لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ; وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحۡمَتِكَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
(85) Rabbana la taj’alna fitnatal lil-qawmidh-Dhalimeen; (86) wa najjina bi- Rahmatika minal qawmil kafireen
Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the wrongdoing people. And save us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people.
Context – Musa’s (AS) companions made this dua to ask Allah for protection from evil and unjust people, as they faced persecution from Firawn, and the companions of Musa wanted to be a source of goodness.
Surah Ibrahim – Chapter 14, verse 38
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِى وَمَا نُعْلِنُ ۗ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِن شَىْءٍۢ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ
Rabbanaaa innaka ta’lamu maa nukhfee wa maa nu’lin; wa maa yakhfaa ‘alal laahi min shai’in fil ardi wa laa fis samaaa
Our Lord, indeed, You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven.
Surah Ibrahim – Chapter 14, verse 40
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَآءِ
Rabbij ‘alnee muqeemas Salaati wa min zurriyyatee Rabbanaa wa taqabbal du’aaa
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.
Context – Prophet Ibrahim (AS) made this dua to ask for Allah to make future generations of Muslims among those who establish salah, thereby making the future generations good Muslims.
Surah Ibrahim – Chapter 14, verse 41
رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ
Rabbanagh fir lee wa liwaalidaiya wa lilmu’mineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab
Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.
Context – This is the dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS).
Surah Al-Kahf – Chapter 18, verse 10
رَبَّنَآ ءَتِنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا
Rabbanaaa aatinaa mil ladunka rahmatanw wa haiyi’ lanaa min amrinaa rashadaa
Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance.
Context – This dua is made by the group of young men whose story is revealed to us in Surah al-Kahf. The men sought refuge in a cave from the city they lived in due to fears of persecution because their practiced Islam. They made this dua to seek the help of Allah, and in the proceeding verses, Allah answers their dua.
Surah Taha – Chapter 20, verse 45
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّنَا نَخَافُ أَن يَفْرُطَ عَلَيْنَآ أَوْ أَن يَطْغَى
Rabbanaaa innanaa nakhaafu ai yafruta ‘alainaaa aw ai yatghaa
Our Lord, indeed, we are afraid that he will hasten [punishment] against us or that he will transgress.
Context – Prophets Harun (Aaron) (AS) and Musa (AS) both made this dua. When these prophets stood up against Firawn, they asked Allah for His help. In the following verse, Allah reveals his response to us, “Do not be afraid. I am surely with you both I hear, and I see.”
Surah Al-Mu’minun – Chapter 23, verse 109
رَبَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَٱرۡحَمۡنَا وَأَنتَ خَيۡرُ ٱلرَّـٰحِمِينَ
Rabbanaaa aamannaa faghfir lanaa warhamnaa wa Anta khairur raahimeen
Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.
Surah Al-Furqan – Chapter 25, verses 65 to 66
(65) وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا
إِنَّهَا سَاءَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَمُقَامًا (66)
(65) Wallazeena yaqooloona Rabbanas rif 'annaa 'azaaba Jahannama inna 'azaabahaa kaana gharaamaa (66) Innahaa saaa'at mustaqarranw wa muqaamaa
(65) who entreat: "Our Lord! Ward off from us the chastisement of Hell, for its chastisement is one that clings. (66) Verily it is a wretched abode and resting place."
Surah Al-Furqan – Chapter 25, verse 74
رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنٖ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbanaa hab lanaa min azwaajinaa wa zurriyaatinaa qurrata a’yuninw waj ‘alnaa lilmuttaqeena Imaamaa
Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us a leader for the righteous.
Context – ‘Gurrata ‘ayioni’ is an Arabic phrase that means to bring ‘coolness to the eye,’ in the sense of bringing calmness, joy, and happiness.
Surah Fatir – Chapter 35, verse 34
رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ
Rabbana la Ghafurun shakur
Our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative
Context – The Quran states that this is the type of dua believers will recite when they enter the Gardens of Eden.
Surah Ghafir – Chapter 40, verse 7
رَبَّنَا وَسِعۡتَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ رَّحۡمَةٗ وَعِلۡمٗا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَٱتَّبَعُواْ سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
Rabbanaa wasi’ta kulla shai’ir rahmatanw wa ‘ilman faghfir lillazeena taaboo wattaba’oo sabeelaka wa qihim ‘azaabal Jaheem
Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire.
Surah Ghafir – Chapter 40, verses 8 and 9
(8) رَبَّنَا وَأَدْخِلْهُمْ جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ الَّتِي وَعَدْتَهُمْ وَمَنْ صَلَحَ مِنْ آبَائِهِمْ وَأَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
(9) وَقِهِمُ السَّيِّئَاتِ ۚ وَمَنْ تَقِ السَّيِّئَاتِ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمْتَهُ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
(8) Rabbana wa adhkhilhum Jannati ‘adninil-lati wa’attahum wa man salaha min aba’ihim wa azwajihim wa dhuriyyatihim innaka antal ‘Azizul-Hakim, (9) waqihimus saiyi’at wa man taqis-saiyi’ati yawma’idhin faqad rahimatahu wa dhalika huwal fawzul-‘Adheem
(8) Our Lord, admit them to the everlasting Gardens You have promised them and those of their fathers and spouses and progeny that were righteous. Surely You alone are Most Mighty, Most Wise; (9) and guard them against all ills. He whom You guard against ills on that Day, to him You have surely been Most Merciful. That is the great triumph.”
Surah Al-Hashr – Chapter 59, verse 10
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ اٰمَنُوا
Rabbanagh fir lanaa wa li ikhwaani nal lazeena sabqoonaa bil eemaani wa laa taj’al fee quloobinaa ghillalil lazeena aamanoo
Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed.
Surah Al-Hashr – Chapter 59, verse 10
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٞ رَّحِيمٌ
Rabbannaaa innaka Ra’oofur Raheem
Our Lord, indeed, You are Kind and Merciful.
Surah Al-Mumtahina – Chapter 60, verse 4
رَّبَّنَا عَلَيۡكَ تَوَكَّلۡنَا وَإِلَيۡكَ أَنَبۡنَا وَإِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
Rabbanaa ‘alaika tawakkalnaa wa ilaika anabnaa wa ilaikal maseer
Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination.
Surah Al-Mumtahina – Chapter 60, verse 5
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا رَبَّنَآۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
Rabbana laa taj’alnaa fitnatal lillazeena kafaroo waghfir lanaa rabbanaaa innaka antal azeezul hakeem
Our Lord, make us not [objects of] torment for the disbelievers and forgive us, our Lord. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Context – Prophet Ibrahim (AS) made this dua to ask Allah to make the believers win over the disbelievers. When he asked Allah to not make the believers “Objects of torment for the disbelievers,” Ibrahim (AS) meant that, if the disbelievers won, they would wrongly assume that the believers were on a wrong path, while they themselves (the disbelievers) were on the right path. The disbelievers would then question how Allah would allow His followers to lose.
Surah At-Tahrim – Chapter 66, verse 8
رَبَّنَآ أَتۡمِمۡ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَآۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
Rabbanaaa atmim lanaa nooranaa waghfir lana innaka ‘alaa kulli shai’in qadeer
Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.
